Highlite was born at 11.40 am on 22nd June 2017.
Her dam - our Fell Pony mare Greenholme Spice - went into labour just 20 minutes before we needed to leave home in order to take my dad to the airport for his flight to the UK. Definitely not the best timing, but Spice had a quick, text-book foaling, and my dad was able to see a foal being born from start to finish !
Highlite is a very active, lively foal whose favourite activity seems to be galloping, broncing and jumping ! She is a pretty foal, with a neat head, good conformation, and an excellent high stepping trot. We expect her to mature around 14.1 hh. She is a natural show-off with tons of charisma and lots of stamina. She should make an enthusiastic, genuine ALL ROUNDER, capable of any job.
