Following on from his 5th placing at the DPS Spring Show, blue roan Dales colt Flynn de Kingmaker took THIRD place in the yearling colt class at the DPS Centenary Summer Show in August 2016.
Earlier in the season, Flynn was placed FIRST in the yearling/2/3 year old Dales class at the Royal Cheshire Show where he also stood RESERVE CHAMPION DALES earning himself a short write-up in Native Pony Magazine.
He was also in the Top Ten at the North West Championships in October 2016, thus qualifying for the evening performance.
At home, Flynn's owners Louise and Carl Anderton are quietly continuing his education. He has been led out on the roads near their home in Lancashire and is said to be pretty much unfazed in traffic.
He is also keeping everyone amused with his cheeky antics - including a short-lived bid for freedom which found him stuck with nowhere to go between a stone wall and the electric fence of his paddock !
